Contact me with your enquiry. I would like to get a good understanding of your current situation, goals, style and general cycling history.

STEP 1

We will have more in depth consultation and will analyse past data and training in depth to assess your current strengths, weaknesses and fitness level. This will help to create a personal training plan to help you achieve your goals.

STEP 2

Creating TrainingPeaks account where your personalised unique training plan will be created to follow. After training session you will upload your ride data. I will review your training as agreed, will provide feedback and adjust your training blocks.
